By downloading, installing or using WindeckPilot, you agree to these terms.
License
WindeckPilot is licensed, not sold. Each Pro key grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the software on 1 (one) machine at a time. To switch computers, deactivate the license in the app on the old machine and activate it on the new one.
Software "as is"
The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, performance or freedom from errors. You use it at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the software.
Purchases and payments
Sales are processed by third-party payment providers, which may act as payment processors and/or merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to the terms of the provider used.
Online services
Features that depend on online services, such as license activation and key re-delivery, are offered with no guarantee of continuous availability.
Responsible use
You are responsible for using the software in compliance with applicable laws and with the terms of the applications and services you use it with.
Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. The version published on this page is the one in effect.
